I'm giving 3 stars because it seemed like a cool bar and I did see some diversity. I'm a white person and I can't really speak for any POC but another white woman dropped a hard R and some antisemitic remarks. Everyone else seemed really chill and she did get shooed away but I would go with some caution.

Funky strip mall bar. Open mike fun with garage bands. No cover, but pricey beers. It's not like it's claiming to be more than it is.

What a fun place to spend the evening. Lordof the Satellite s was smokkkkiiinnng  hot band  wìth some  really good vibes.  I recommend the Navajo club to anyone for fun entertain Ent and  good mu Sìc...........lords of the satelights voted san deigos #1 new band 2022 A must see.....

Always a fun time at Navajo Live! Cover Bands, Blues Jams, and live music every week!  The drinks are good and priced moderately. A nice selection of draft beer, including some local ones.  Staff are awesome!

Hidden Gem alert! I played here last week with my band "Cherry Road" and was impressed with the whole scene. "Sweet Myths" kicked off the show and I was able to get the full show experience from the audience point of view, as well as from the stage. This is a great hang out especially if you are anywhere near La Mesa, Santee or Mission Gorge.  I didn't even realize it was so close to home, but glad I know about it now. The sound was killer, ligting and atmosphere really nice.  It was clean with ample parking and good vibes. Friendly staff and of course, great music! They host different nights all week including original local bands,  karaoke, and  cover bands on the weekends.  Pleanty of seating and open space to dance so you can take your pick. They have darts to play and a little area to hang out outside. They're are some good places to eat nearby and its easy access to the freeway.  I highly recommend checking out Navajo Bar if you're into live music and meeting cool people. I don't drink so I can't speak on prices or quality there... but my band seemed to be happy with that aspect.

I live in the area and on saturday nights when I want a low-key relaxed place to listen to live music on a saturday and have a drink, this place hits all the marks with a good selection behind the bar.  And the men's room was clean everytime I went.

Nice dive bar. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the live music. Not a huge bar, but everyone here is friendly and enjoy the music. Craft beer is $5 and next time I may want to explore more, because bartenders are so nice! Also, there is a big parking lot, which is definitely a plus for me. Would like to come back in the near future!

We love this place for karaoke! Such a great vibe, amazing bartender and dj, all the people there are super chill and great mix of singers!

Best place to listen to live music!! Had a blast!
