Felt like I got lied to and robbed at the same time told me I was signed up for over draft protection. And I wasn't treated with disrespect losing that kind of money.. won't even let me talk to upper management  to try and figure out what really happened to my money

They really need to work on their security. We've been with them for about a year and they've already been hacked twice that we know of.
