We went on a busy Saturday around lunch time.  We had to wait, but it wasn't overlong considering day and time.  The front desk dealt with us pleasantly and efficiently.  The service we received was pleasant, efficient, and effective.  My relationship hasn't been problem-free over the 40+ years I've had accounts, but it's been well above average, especially for a financial institution.

I have been station in many places where Navy Federal Credit Union was quick and efficient.  The staff at this branch is inefficient especially the front desk. Get ready to be at the waiting room for a long time for no reason .
