Bought my Jeep from Terry 2.5 years ago.  I have recommended him to several people who have purchased Jeeps from him.  He and Jack are easy to deal with, very honest and will not put you in anything unless they think you will be happy with it.  He does all my Jeep service work as well as work on my other cars.  I would highly recommend NCAuto to anyone.  I promise you will fall in love with them and your Jeep.

I love NC Automotive. They have been working on my 2004 Jeep I bought recently, and they have
went way beyond what they were paid to do. I will continue to take my jeep to them for everything from oil changes to all the fun toys that I want to dress up my jeep. I was like a kid in a candy store at there shop, they have it all, and if they don't have it, Terry will get it for you! Check them it!

Very responsive when I initially contacted via email.  Got me in on short notice to install a lift kit.  I bundled it with a trip to uwharrie and dropped of one dirty Jeep and they just ran with it.  Very reasonable as far as labor costs.  Would definitely use again.

We bought a 2009 Wrangler 2 Door X from Jack & Terry at NC Automotive last month.  Right off the bat, I felt welcome and they were straight forward and dealt with me more than fairly.  

A few days ago we got a "check engine light" and as it turned out, one of the spark plug wires was touching another part, causing an arc.  They showed me the problem and told me what it would take to fix it.  

In less than an hour, I was on my way and spent LESS than what the big dealership wanted to charge me just to look at it!

I told them when we did the original deal: "If y'all don't screw me over, you will have no bigger fan".  They had every opportunity to make a big deal out of a simple fix and they did the right thing by me and I can not thank them enough.  We'll be back, but not too soon I hope!  Skip Pickett
