I am so disappointed, I have been going here for years but today I felt humiliated. I am 8 months pregnant and it is hard to sit through 2 hours without water. Last movie I saw I had to get up 4 times for water and bathroom breaks and left with a migraine. I thought I would bring a water bottle to fill up and drink so I would not get a headache this time. I was denied the ability to bring my water. I asked if I could dump my water and refill it with drinking water and they said they could not allow any water container. After asking for a manager they said they could offer a Dixie cup or I could buy a water bottle. They would not even allow me a larger cup for the water. The thought of walking down the steps of the movie at the end of the theatre to the drinking fountain at the front of the theatre every time i needed water made me feel exhausted and embarrassed. We asked for a refund and left.

So it's like so old here. They need a renovation. The theaters are tiny and barely hold 30 people comfortably, and by comfortable I mean at least two chairs away from each other. Because let's face it, no one want to talk to people who are not either their date or their family here. Plus sitting next to someone during a movie is weird because I always want to hold hands and strangers don't like that.

The seats were a little uncomfortable with a hinge that hits the tailbone, but overall pretty good with a little reclining action.  The incentive program they once had was great, attend so many times and get a free pass!  Now the system a little more vague,  come for a while and earn a popcorn, not much of an incentive if you intend to get a combo with pop.  Lines run quickly, theaters are in good condition (always), bathrooms are clean bright and well stocked.  Parking is good, but keep a jacket it can be cold year round.

Was refused entry to the movie because we brought a clear bottle of water with us from outside. After explaining that my wife is 8 months pregnant and needs to stay hydrated, the manager wouldn't budge citing no exceptions to company policy. No compassion or understanding from the staff. The manager had the power to be human and allow us in, but it was a no go. Thanks a lot, blockhead. My wife and I were publically embarrassed.
