I went there to get a savings account.  The guy at the counter asked me all my personal information and security question answers out loud, none too discretely I might add.30 minutes later he and a female associate go in the back and look at some thing on a computer screen for 20 minutes then he came back and told me I want qualified to get a savings account  because I had trouble with a checking account once.  I had been their customer once before and had left of my own volition after trying to get a small loan ($100) after I had been a loyal customer for years working full time, and they refused. They may have done me a favor for reminding me about the kind of customer care they give,  but I wish it didn't come at the cost of someone using my identity a couple days later to try to get free car insurance at my expense, and a month afterward try to get a high interest payday loan online which they luckily were turned down for.  There is no doubt in my mind that it stemmed from this experience since I am pretty careful about that sort of thing. In their early days they were a wonderful financial institution, but that had been over for years I would definitely not recommend them.  It would be asking for the worst kind of trouble.

I have banked with Nebo Credit Union for over 15 years and I have appreciated the people who work there and go out of there way to create a positive experience. Tyler and Jonni specifically are always very knowledgeable, helpful, and extend resources to help me with my banking needs.
