At 9:30 a.m. on Friday March 24th when I went, there was no wait at all. It was a quick process; in and out. The reason I am leaving a 3 star review is that I felt like I dealt with a woman that really didn't like her job and had to force being pleasant.

I completely understand not wanting to deal with people, anyone in the service industry (gov't or retail) know what that is like. I greeted her with a big smile and asked how her day was. I got nothing from her in return. From then on I knew there would be no point in being overly kind, so I finished my transaction and was on my way.

I wouldn't normally say something like this, but I think this department needs to be replaced with kiosks and be completely automated. Other than the actual driving test, humans really are not needed. Probably would be a better experience.

These people are so stupid and need more training in their job. They are slow and none of their hours of operations are convenient for people with full time day jobs. They need to work on a lot of thing

Being the day after President's Day I was expecting it to be busy but, speaking with the man next to me I found out he'd been waiting for two hours. The reservation ticket he had gave an estimated wait time of 22 minutes and he was still 20 numbers away from his turn. The ticket I grabbed estimated an 88 minute wait time so I just bailed. 
It's pretty damn bad when the DMV knows that they're going to be slammed and can't adjust accordingly.

Worst group of incapable worthless human beings on the face of this planet. I believe they purposely tried to hire the most worthless group of individuals they could find. I'd rather shop at Walmart the day of the Superbowl with 9 children than ever return to this pothetic example of a state office.
