I thought it was tasty. It would be helpful to look up what you're getting or have someone who is familiar with Indian street food ahead of time. Ice cream was okay, not the best but some interesting/fun flavors that you won't find in many other places.Dine in: Yes
It was a delightful experience here! We tried many things. Pani Puri, dahi puri, vegetarian Sandwich, Garlic Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji and Sugarcane juice. Everything tasted very well with perfectly seasoned spices. We had a good blast of flavors in our first bite. A little pricey but it was worth it! Would always visit again whenever in town.
Was pretty disappointed with the food. Too much hype around the place. The chat did not taste anything like a chat. Pani puri, pani was bland not sour not sweet. The choke bhature was okay. Mango lassi was good. Dosa masala was like mashed potatoes tasted awful. Overpriced and over hyped. Good things parking clean restrooms, lassi mango.
Balaji and Neehee’s are my best Indian restaurants around Detroit. But the very first time I went to Neehees after covid I don’t found the taste like before. It was not too bad and not too good. And falooda we tried is just below average. Just vadapav is like as before.
The best spot for quick, delicious, affordable Indian food! Pros: - fast service - lots of seating - large portions Cons: none really! I really enjoyed the food there.
Indian chats , snacks , great taste exactly like Haldirams… Tried Raj kachuri and Chole Bhature. Service was quick , we could see students and youngsters… easily a preferred spot for young crowd… Bathroom was clean… There are 2 NeeHee locations - Canton and Troy in Michigan. Parking was just enough … Enjoyed the food…latest menu with prices are below
Tasty Indian fare. Moderately priced, well presented dishes. Great staff and speedy service. Vegetarian restaurant, some vegan options available: All chat items are great, indo-chinese dishes were a little underwhelming. Good selection of unique ice cream flavors such as chikoo and sitaphal. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian restaurant
The place is highly overrated. Those Chaat were so cold that it looked like someone had served them straight out of the freezer and all I could see was a lots of sour yogurt with Indian snacks which can upset your appetite so bad and it’s did the job for me. After all, the food would have been acceptable if it had been cold enough to eat, it was so freezing cold in this winter that doesn’t make any sense. While the food looked enticing, the taste was poor, we asked for spicy and got sweet instead, please do not claim these as Indian street food at all.
Great variety, perfect for individuals who only prefer vegetarian, courteous staff. We tried 7-10 items on the menu, owner mentioned they have cut down 46 items during COVID, still lots to chose to from. Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian Parking: Mall parking Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Got a ton of food with family to share. Ordered many of the apps since these are less common at restaurants. Really liked the Gobi dishes and dahi puri. The kachori was my least favorite but still enjoyed it. The mirchi were not too spicy expect for one or two random ones... Loved having the options here as well as everything being vegetarian. There were also unique options for ice cream and we enjoyed all of them. I would probably skip the kachori and bhel next time but def try the others.
