People in need of tax help, don't call Todd who works in Vinton. I have been with Neeley's Tax Service for years. The receptionist are too nice, I really like the office staff. Now let's get down to the facts. Every year, I usually have a stupid question for Todd. For years he has helped me by answering my questions. I called him Tuesday and asked a question and he answered it. We didn't talk for 10 minutes. More like 5 minutes. Well, Thursday I get a bill for $50 for Tax Consulting. He never charged me before and I could not believe he sent me a bill. He never said he charges $50.00 for 10 minutes or less. I don't know of any profession that charges $850 an hour to talk on the phone except when you are sitting in the dentist chair. I am disabled and make about 28,000. a year but I have some Rental property my Father left me when he passed away. Neeley's Tax service will never do my taxes again. So that's the facts and nothing but the facts, I swear on my Fathers Grave. Todd just called me and said disregard the $50, Just the facts.
