Had my teeth cleaned very well here, the staff was polite. Unfortunately they never sent off the authorization to replace one missing crown because they were trying to sale me a zirconia bridge that I didn't need and had plans to over extract 5 teeth and replace them with partial dentures. He's contracted to do business with SenCal, yet it's obvious he's uninterested in such clients because he cant maximize his profits. Over all the office was clean, but service did not fulfill expectations, sorry.

I was looking at the reviews for this dentist I was getting really nervous about coming here. This office is the only office in town that takes my insurance and could fit me in as a priority since I had an emergency. BUT I don't see how there's so many bad reviews. This is by far one of the best dental offices I've been to in a while. Everyone here is kind and sweet. When they greet you, it is a warm welcoming.
I needed two teeth pulled immediately & Dr. Negom tried saving at least one of them, but unfortunately the was that one of them grew in caused both of them to be taken out. He kept it completely honest with me and gave me options on what I could or what I would want to do. I went with the option of getting a bridge placed instead of implants because it was more cost effective & let me tell you, I don't regret my decision at all. Dr. Negom was very caring when he was working on my mouth. At the sense of feeling any pain he made sure I was okay & if needed, he would apply more local anesthetic. The assistant was very informative on what I could or could not eat until my bridge came in and told me if I had any more questions or concerns to not hesitate to give them a call! I am truly happy with the bridge and happy to finally receive a great experience at this dental office. I will for sure be going back to Dr. Negom for the rest of my procedures and cleanings!

My 3nd time to Dr. Negom. 1st time it was an urgency ,2nd to put vaneers all upper teeth.
And now the bottom teeth.
Each time the doctor did an incredible job ,along with his wonderful staff.
Although I do not live that close the drive is worth it.

The worst dentist ever seen in my life. This guy is even not qualified for being a dentist.  He doesn't consider Cencal as a health insurance company and call it Gov AID. DDS is there to  deceive and get your money.

Everyone in the office are very friendly.. they did a extraordinary job on my crowns.. i will be keeping dr negom as my dentist
