Did a great job on a quilt and pillows

Expert Tailoring - many people don't know that some cleaners also can tailor.  The Neighborhood Dry Cleaners is excellent at this and for a very reasonable price.  I've taken several articles, jackets, slacks and vests and all have been expertly fit and in a very timely manner.

I brought my gear into get it taken care of before the Marine Ball on extremely short notice. The gentleman that owns the joint was very courteous and informed me that the short notice (I needed it in 3 hours) would result in an additional charge- it was under 10 bucks! The service was performed flawlessly and well within the time hack. Can't say enough good about the service above and beyond.

I have a lot of dress shirts I take to the cleaners. I've been through a lot of them. The reason is that they all have french cuffs. You know- the kind with fold-over cuffs you wear cuff-links with. The problem is that almost all cleaners, when they press the sleeves using their big machines, also press the crease into the cuff. This is a very bad thing. If I request they not do this to the cuffs, they either don't crease the sleeves at all, or ignore me. That's because they'd have to actually hand-press the sleeves to avoid creasing the cuffs. 

Now, this may seem picky to some, but anyone who wears dress shirts will tell you that a crease in the cuff looks like h@#%. 

I took my laundry into Neighborhood Cleaners on Gage Blvd. in Kennewick and they were all smiles and said "no problem"! Sure enough, when I picked them up, they looked great (with no buttons missing- something that happens with some cleaners). AND, it's been like that the last 8 times. 

And they've never charged me extra to do this!

That's a small business that knows great customer service breeds loyalty.
