I love the fast service and I know that the ladies that work there do all that they can to get me the most money. The great thing about it is I know that it is all legal. I dont like cutting corners when it comes to the IRS. This is big business. Somepeople see it as just getting money but Neoghborhood gets you money that Uncle Sam dont want you to have. Hats off to them! See ya'll next year!!

We made a mistake this year by using them and they trap you into paying $371.00 and then at the end tell you that you can't get it rapid. Now, they're giving us the run around because, we were told that we'd get our refund today. I will not ever use them again and will tell anybody to do the same!!
