At Neighborhood Health Clinics we provide a team-based approach to your family’s healthcare needs. Providing quality medical, dental, and vision care.

Story

We have been providing services since 1969. Originally, known as Three Rivers Neighborhood Health Services and founded by the Allen County Medical Society as a voluntary health service to provide well child services to low-income children of Allen County.

Over the years we have grown substantially and now offer full primary medical, dental, and optometry care. We have two offices: 1717 S. Calhoun Street & 3350 E. Paulding Road.

WIC

Beyond rude. The majority of the staff in the Women's health department were condescending. No one took the time to listen to my concerns about my health issues, I was tested without need, and I was treated like a burden. The one nurse spoke very quickly as she tried to hurry me out of there and was irate when I asked her to repeat the questions.

The neighborhood health clinic can help with all health care needs , they also have a Wic office for those women infant and children who may need some of their assistance they get you in and out

I appreciate the services WIC provides but am pretty annoyed that I had to be on hold for 5 minutes just to schedule an appointment. And the desk staff,always talks when I'm there in person, rather than takes care of the people waiting first thingl. I feel like they just don't care about servicing the people who need their help like they should... :/

Turned away while pregnant for lack of money thank God St. Joseph's hospital helped me get insurance the dental department refused me service when I had insurance on call doctor for ob/gynocologist has no real experience or confidence hopefully my unborn child and I survive this horrible ordeal I asked for another doctor but she is the only one during the day not very dependable wouldn't refer them but I will try the Pauling office from now on.  Moving here to Fort Wayne was a mistake not what I expected at all.
