Glen Klabechek checked out our furnace for the tune up special.  After looking it over he found (due to it being 22 years old and the needed repairs) we were actually in need of a new furnace.  After talking about different options and taking our budget into consideration, he gave us a fair estimate.  Glen really spent the time with us making sure we understood everything involved. He genuinely cared about our family and listened to our wants and needs. Thank you Glen, you are a big asset to Neighborhood Plumbing and Heating.

Just sending out a THANK YOU to Neighborhood and to Justin for a job well done.  My husband and I were'nt sure who to contact after several companies ignored us and never got back to us. (apparently the job was'nt worth their time) We received a flyer in the mail from Neighborhood Plumbing and saw that they did electrical work-we contacted them and Justin came out and gave a quote immediately. We called sent up an appt. and Justin came like they said and the work was done. I would recommend them and especially Justin to anyone looking for electrical work. Very knowledgeable and professional. In fact next year we are going to have them come out and give us a quote on buying a new furnace.

Did not show up for scheduled appointment, after reading other reviews looks like this is not a first for neighborhood plumbing and heating!!! They will never have my business or my referral! Way to go neighborhood plumbing and heating!

Glen came out to give us an estimate for a hot water heater because our 22 year old one was leaking gas and starting to fail. He shut off the gas after finding the leak and he offered us service the next day to install the new one. Brian came out the next day and finished the job in about 3 hours. Later that day we found a small leak in the old turn off valve and called the next day. The next afternoon Gary H. showed up and not only fixed and replaced the valve but we made a deal with him to replace two old ones at our washing machine for a reasonable cost! Each man and their business office communication and professionalism was very satisfying.
