Neil and his team are client focused and very knowledgeable. They have always been courteous and professional anytime I have called or stopped in and the multiple discounts offered are just the icing on the cake. Need homeowners, renters, auto, life..?  I would definitely recommend calling or stopping by. I personally use Missy and she's great!

Best decision we made was to switch to State Farm for our auto insurance.  Neil's office has been a pleasure to work with.. Missy has been AMAZING  and is always there to answer any questions we have and is always so knowledgeable and professional with each interaction. Would highly recommend this agency to any family or friends! Thank you for your wonderful service!

Neil and his team are awesome he always answers any questions that I have and when I call and leave a message he always calls me back. Neil goes above and beyond to make sure you have the right insurance and he also does a great job at saving you money

I have been with State Farm for a long time.  I work directly with Missy Dyche and have always had good experiences.  She is thorough and efficient and works to get me the best quotes possible.  I would highly recommend Missy and Neil Atcher's team.

I have only been with Neil for the past few month. I recently moved to Louisville from Kansas City.   I had the same agent in KC For 30 years. I can honestly say, i am throughly happy with my experience here so far. 
 Missy is amazing, efficient and goes the extra mile every time. 
 I look forward to many years with Neil Atcher.
