NEIL'S JEWELLERY AND EXCHANGE IS A FULL SERVICE, FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED JEWELRY STORE. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS IN NAPLES, FL. SINCE 1992. TOGETHER, OUR EMPLOYEES HAVE OVER 100 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE. WE ARE MEMBERS OF JEWELERS OF AMERICA, FLORIDA JEWELERS ASSOCIATION, POLYGON, AND JEWELERS BOARD OF TRADE. Very expensive and not nice people!
Went there because my gf’s citizen watch bracelett broke a little bit in one spot.
They reprezent citizen and i went there to see if it goes under warranty. She took it, kept it for almost 3 weeks...
She never called me for an update.
She calls me and tells me its ready.
Well, it was ready because she decided to fix it without my consent!!! I tought it would be on warranty but NO! IT WAS NOT!!! So she charged me almost $50 for a point of welding for a watch that brand new its $150!!!
I would’ve buy a new one instead of paying so much to fix an old watch!!! 
She didn’t even clean it like most of the jewelers would do!!!! 
LOW LOW LOW Customer service! 
HIGH HIGH HIGH Prices!!!

Excellent service and pricing! Great ppl check them out! I second the Tag Huer comment on batteries for 10 bucks in 10 mins!

over the years, Neil and his staff have been wonderful and fair to me and my family. I've had nothing but great experiences in the shop. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Service. My Tag Heuer battery was replaced in less than ten minutes for $10.50. What a deal!  I usually have to take it to a Tag dealer and they send it off to NYC for battery replacement for 3 weeks to a month and for a significant price. Thank you Neil's Jewelry and Exchange of Naples, Florida.
