Nejame is terrible!!!! Don’t use these people. They are dishonest and don’t tell the truth!!! They don’t tell you about the need for a separate breaker box; $2000 extra in electrician costs, during installation. There service is even worse!!! I waited two years for a replacement part on something that they broke in the first place. They charge extra for travel if you are not in their service zone, but don’t tell you that during the sale. They are all _______!!! Stay away from them. Go anywhere else, but to them..

We have owned our spa for 10 years and during that time have nothing good to say about Nejame. They are self serving and arrogant. They don't return calls. They tell you they will call when parts are in. They do not. They ordered a part for us and without any notice came to my home, when I was not there, and installed the part. Before they came, we had decided to hold off on the part. We'll, too late and too bad. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with service without my knowledge, my call was returned by an owner. He was totally defensive and had no regard for my concerns. I would never give them my business again. Save yourself frustration. Go somewhere else.

I get my water tested and chemicals here. Had a bad experience with attention to detail when they did our opening / closing so we have an independent guy do that for us now.
