Story

Nell Wyatt Real Estate was formerly Coldwell Banker Nell Wyatt, Inc. Realtor from 1995 until December 2011. After many successful and satisfying years as a franchisee and after a lengthly period of deliberation, I decided to become an independent--thus, NELL WYATT REAL ESTATE.

The name Nell Wyatt was well recognized in our market place, and the transition has been gratifying and well accepted, especially by my agents. Our highly-trained, skilled agents, whom I consider my partners in business, are responsible for the company’s success. Having come from a teaching background, I still stress learning and continuing education. I am proud of our agents and staff, and former agents I’ve mentored and helped to become successful agents and brokers in the market place.

Real estate professionals are public servants who are entrusted with assisting families with one of their most important financial decisions in life. It’s important they be informed and educated. I take pride in our profession and thank all our clients and customers for their loyal support.

Our company provides residential expertise in all areas of real estate, including property management, in the Metro Jackson areas of Hinds, Madison and Rankin counties.

I have leased from Nell Wyatt Real Estate for more than 3.5 years and I have been very satisfied with their service an their timely responses. First they keep the properties they lease in great shape and then they insure all your reported repairs are handled immediately and completely. I have been a property manager in the past and I appreciate what a challenge it can be to get vendors and repair personnel in timely, somehow they ALWAYS manage to get it done. I would highly recommend them if you want to find someone to manage your leased property or if you are looking for a trustworthy company to rent from. I can't say enough about how great and responsive Leigh, the property many is.

Neil Wyatt and her staff does a great job assisting home buyers and renters with affordable housing. I have been a client for over 2 years and have not experienced anything short of exceptional service. We need more Real Estate firms in the Ridgeland-Madison area with hearts like her Realtors. I am currently leasing a house through Leigh Avera at Nell Wyatt Realty.  Leigh always goes above and beyond for me and my family and always responds in a timely manner when problems arise and when repairs are needed.  As a long time tenant of NWR, I would recommend anyone go through Leigh if you need a personable, intelligent and knowledgeable agent to be by your side every step of the way. Best decision I ever made. Thank you so much.

The entire company is full of crap. They only fix the homes of white renters. We lived in one of their properties for four years and had to beg and beg to get basic maintenance completed. I would not recommend a dog to rent or buy from Nell Wyatt. Leigh her maintenance person is extremely rude and unaccountable for her work. I would not recommend minorities doing business with this company because you will be treated with no respect at all.

These people have been the very best to deal with as they truly put the customer first! I had direct dealings with Leigh Alvara and Nell Wyatt and they were always attentive to my questions and were extremely prompt in taking care of any problems. I would recommend them to those who are looking to be represented by agents who have real integrity and drive to deliver for those they represent.
