This is a small locally owned restaurant that serves food made with love. The owners are what you would consider Las Cruces to be about. They are sweet and kind which comes out in there food.  I even see their mother cooking in back at 80+ years. Each plate is made with love and care and you can taste it in every bite! So stop by for a plate and remember that if you get there during busy hours you will have to wait. Perfection never tasted so good!

This is real deal "New Mexican" food! Definitely old school Las Cruces. Everybody here is so nice and the owner/manager is walking around making small talk and making sure everything is made the way it should be. One of our favorite spots in town to eat for sure! Very limited hours and the place gets packed so be prepared to wait for a table. I hoghly recommend this restaurant.

This was the highest rated Mexican restaurant so we decided to try it out. Service was great. Loved how the owner was involved in serving and checking on tables. Very friendly. Salsa needed some more seasonings. Taco was hard shell very tasty. Beans tasted like homemade very good. Green Chile with meat was very delicious. I believe it was pork. Rice was not to good. I come from a family that owns Mexican restaurants all over new Mexico so I am very critical of flavors and service and I was impressed. It is a small restaurant big parties would have a hard​ time fitting there. And they do not accept credit cards (odd) but do have a ATM.

We love the food here. It's the best Mexican food I've ever had. The owners are so nice and treat you like your at home.

Great food, great service, friendly service.  Way too popular.  Get there either early or late ( just before they close) to get a table.
