The lady working here was quite rude. I had to have GEICO fax over my insurance info, but there was a mistake with it, so I had to call then to rectify. After being on the phone for about 1/2 hour, they tried numerous times to re fax over the documents, but they kept getting a busy signal. GEICO tried to have me have the clerk turn their fax machine off and on again, but the clerk got really huffy, claiming that there was nothing wrong with the machine, that she had faxed some stuff out, and she will not turn the machine off and back on again. I should also note that I had the speaker on my phone on while I was calling GEICO, and they agreed with me about the clerk attitude. I later went someplace else, a AAA location, and they had 0 issues receiving the fax from GEICO. I will not be back to this locstioon.

The worst place. Staff is rude as hell. And I'm a pretty positive individual myself. Came in to ask about out of state title transfer. But the lady was legit rude. Thanks!

Since nowhere online clarifies, allows me to. To transfer an out-of-state car title to PA, you need:

-Physical copy of proof of insurance (app/ visual verification not valid)  

-Visual inspection of the vehicle's VIN by Nelson's Auto Tag employee if VIN tracing is unobtainable. 

-Original title to vehicle. Photocopies, even notarized copies from financing agency, are not valid. 

Here's the best part:
-Cash only- no debit, credit, checks or money order. $20 to have them request the original title from the financier, and $225 TO TRANSFER AND RE-REGISTER! $53 to transfer, $37 to register, $28 for new plates, $5 because they can, $25 if you have a loan, and then taxes and notary fees. Not specific to this location; it's the same cost all across PA.

not a good place at all. 1st time i went in their printer broke down 2nd time i went in to get trailer registered they said i need to trace the vin or get mechanic or cop sigh the paper... um what ? went to other tag place and get things done with no problem.

Decent service (I happened to be first in the queue). Limited staff and expect long wait time. They accept cash and money order (check only for DotPen fee).
