This is a really nice RV Park. It has large, grassy sites. It's a new campground so the trees are not grown up a lot yet, and you can see they are still making improvements. The shower house and laundry area are clean and neat. When I call to make reservations, they are always pleasant. The bill gets emailed to us and we use our PayPal account to pay. When we arrive, we just find our site and pull in, no check-in necessary. The Nelson Cheese Factory next door has great ice cream and the best cheese curds. There is challenging hiking in the Thrive! Park just up the road. Plenty to see and do up and down the road along the Mississippi.

We camped here for one night during a road trip. The campground was very nice, well kept, with pretty bluff views. They have very nice, clean, appears newly renovated, bathroom and showers a short walk away. They also own the store across the street that sells wine, cheese, ice cream, etc. Nice relaxing place to camp!

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful view from beneath the bluffs. Coyotes howling at dusk, trains rumbling and mournfully blowing their horns as they pass near by. Large, grassy sites. Feels secluded yet only a block from J&J BBQ and the Nelson Creamery. Would have given it a 5 if the campground was finished.
