We bought a home north of Brainerd with Tim Nelson. He was very accessible and did a great job for us. If we ever bought or sold in the area again we would definitely go with him again. Would recommend him to anyone.

What a great group to work with! Helped me and my fiancee sell and buy a home. During the selling very straight forward, up front about all costs, awesome at pricing, great responsive negotiations; no beating around the bush or vague responses. Definitely had our best interests in mind. Had multiple showings within days of listing and eventually sold at asking price. When buying we never felt pressured, and they were always learning our needs, wants, and would-be-nices, and adjusted the properties to show us accordingly. Very patient folks! Tim Nelson, Jeff Torfin, Clint Nelson and the whole team are very helpful - and truly work together as a team! Not your typical REALTOR brokerage, that is for sure! I couldn't recommend them any higher.

Our experience with Nelson Torfin Real Estate was absolutely amazing. We were first time homebuyers and our realtor, Tim Nelson, was someone we felt we could trust during the whole process. He was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions.. even if they were late at night. He worked with our different work schedules to make sure we were able to view houses in a timely manner. We would recommend Nelson Torfin to even our closest friends. Our first time buying a home was everything we wanted and more! We would like to thank Tim and the Nelson Torfin Group for making the next step in our lives worth remembering!! :)
