Called to cancel my grandsons appointment and reschedule.  It was not an emergency nor a sick appointment.  Dawn the representative stated I would need to call back after 5pm to schedule an appointment.  I stated I wanted to schedule an appointment now. It was not an emergency/sick visit.  His feet and legs I wanted checked.  She huffed and huffed, I asked to speak with a supervisor she hung up on me.
Great scam for emergency visits, wonder how our insurance company will react.
Best of Luck I will now change Doctors.

My grandson has an appointment, I called to confirm and I have been listening to a recording for over twelve minutes?  Their customer service stinks.. I hope the care is still, at the least adequate.  Nemours has such a variety of selections for pediatric care. Facilities all over the place, but no-one ever answers the phone.  This is my third time trying to just confirm an appointment?

I have been taking my son there for the past 3 years since he's been born and his doctor is Dr. Ross. She has been amazing.

All 3 of my children go there and they always receive excellent care! The doctors and nurses are very nice and helpful.
