I had a $20.00 paper gift card that expired a month ago. Which I know I should have used earlier. But all of the nail salons my friends and I have been to have still accepted expired ones if they were recent enough.
It was only $20, but that wasn't the point; therefore, we decided to bring our business elsewhere. So now they are missing out on about $200 worth of services from the three of us who wanted manicures, pedicures, and waxes.

AND A law was also passed that gift cards given out after 2010 cannot expire for 5 years. So I should still have 4 years left to use it...

Very disappointed in my visit yesterday. I went in to get Sns and a manicure. The color I picked was not put on my nails and when I said something he didn't offer to fix it. Once he finished my nails he said all done and I asked once again for a manicure. He told me I didn't need one. My nails are done very sloppy. He kept looking at his watch then whole time so I guess he was in a rush but that doesn't mean his guest gets a sloppy job. This was my second visit to neo nail and I will not return.

asked for one thing and got another then was told it was my fault. when told them it wasn't right they mocked me being on the phone (even though they weren't talking to me while i was on the phone). will not be returning and will not refer people them. they've also cut me and my grandmothers multiple times.

Neo is by far my favorite nail place. I love getting my nails done there it's always fun. I find that the people there are really nice, and all my friends love neo as well. Out of the many nail salons I have gone too their prices are really low. They make getting your nails done affordable.plus they have new colors all the time! love, love, love neo!!

I will not be returning here again. The entire process was a rush and the job was done poorly! My nails were HORRIBLE when I left. I had to come home , take the polish off , file and redo them my self !! I paid 25$ for nothing besides acrylic and POOR work. Even for a full set , trimming of the  cuticle isn't included ?? Absolutely ridiculous. First place I've ever experienced that.. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 seems like every action is a dollar .
