I tell ya what!! If you like dive bars, and karaoke, then Neon Moon is the spot for you. Great people are here, and good drinks. BONUS: If you like to eat after a night of drinking.....Neon Moon shares a door with PoJos. Which is a great diner!
I am 60 years from the future. My father came here many times. I am here to say that this place will become a cornerstone landmark in Odessa and that the prizes they give out Circa 2020 - 2040 on Fridays and Saturdays will increase in value into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. You would be wise to come here for a chance to win some and possibly give your offspring an incredible inheritance.
My favorite place to get a tall shiner for the mere price of $7.50 Even better if they're free so that the bathroom goblins don't attack you

Great place to lay your head for the extended stay. Clean rooms and some of the most comfortable beds.
Whatever you do, DO NOT use the men's room without buying JP a tall shiner. Sure learned my lesson. Phew! ‍

Service was very slow, food was good when it finally came.
Great Karaoke system, And Crowd! Which is important! Drinks are always at a great price, with new shots and specialty drinks all the time. Especially for holidays! Tons of fun regulars to listen to and chat with. Bartenders/waitresses for nights and weekends are always friendly and happy to help you pick choices if you want. If you tell them your allergies, they'll always make sure you're safe from it.It's amazing when bars do this My favourite thing about this bar is how well they take care of their customers. All women are secretly being watched over by bartenders, security, owners and many times good regular patrons. Everyone is always safe inside the bar to get to enjoy their drinks, songs and dancing. You can also order food!!
