You are out of control! You targeted an innocent person and illegally detained her, psychologically abused her into traumatic stress and traumatic amnesia then demanded to see her "license, registration, and proof of insurance" knowing she is too distraught to find it. You thought you could get away with illegal detention and a false alarm/citation of "driving without proof of insurance" when there is no citation proving your authority to LEGALLY detain her vehicle and prove her over? You are really inferior on the executive and judicial chain of command and you're going to experience immense sorrow! Glory to the victims and martyrs! You are participating in a police state and running an illegal counter-intelligence program with Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. You committed an enforced disappearance and you will pay it back in the Hague. God has no mercy on evil slave masters like you!

You need to work with the DEA, FBI, DOJ, Supreme Court, and JSO in a joint task force to investigate civil rights abuses committed in the name of "no crime committed" violations of State law that abuse and exploit medical cannabis patients (and HIPAA victims under that future/current program) by authorizing the enforced cause and need (through police abuse of power and authority/malfeasance in office and misprision of justice/felony) to purchase medical cannabis from criminally suspect friends who commit battery and assault on their customers through their ignorance of the medical prescriptions and legal authorizations of drug use verified by the DEA and civil authorities. This is a reference to the Jacksonville Human Rights Ordinance that was founded, drafted, upheld and affirmed, and ratified by a persecuted minority of the LGBTQ community in Florida who was also the victim of human trafficking by unauthorized police brutality in the form of fraudulent psychiatric initiation of attempts to defraud/commit fraud and political imprisonment in a business used as a tribunal in an artificial War on drugs and War on Rights. You can search your records for reports of an illegally issued traffic citation for driving without proof of insurance to verify that NPD's police state targeted her selectly too. She was illegally detained voluntarily by that NPD officer but only to consent to enforcing her civil authority from the Witness Protection Program to let him know he is going to be reported for violating WitSec protocols which he admitted full knowledge of in an appropriate and adequate apologetic manner that authorized legal consent to sign a $10 dismissal ticket when she alleged signed his "traffic citation" that she intended to put in a civil court to help politically dismantle police misprision and malfeasance cartels JSO, NPD, the FBI and DOJ are targeted by for further spread of dissent and injustice (anti-government attitudes expressed by cartel leaders).

Neptune Beach is a great place to live. Every experience my family and I have had with the police department has been positive and professional. I would not want your job but God bless you for doing it so well and keeping us safe.

Worst experience i ever had at the beach with them very disrespectful and they do not no how to to there job properly. The hole station need to be shut down or retrained.
