Neptune Society cremated my father in February, yet they continue to mail him advertisements for cremation services. The insensitivity is appalling. Their mailer included a fine print note saying "We apologize if this letter reached you at an inappropriate time." Marketing their services to a deceased former client goes beyond what I would consider "inappropriate".

While website states that office is open on Saturdays between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, the voice message states office hours are only Monday thru Friday.  It is difficult enough to have to place a call to Neptune Society for a loved one.  To see on line that there are Saturday hours only to get recording that there are NOT Saturday hours is added challenge.

Really helped with my grandfather's funeral service.  Even let us in to pick up the ashes after hours now. that's service!

I have used the services of the Neptune Society twice at two different periods in the last few years and have had no difficulties at all. I was under no pressure to upgrade to services (urns) I didn't want and things were taken care of as stated. I was under no time pressure if that was a concern for others. JLD

Do not expect quick service when dealing with the Neptune Society.. They are middlemen. Go directly to the Crematory. Save time and money. The other review is correct... Weeks instead of days.
