Went to the salon to get a balayage. Stylist was nice. Apparently my hair didn't take well to the color and the color wasn't very noticeable. Was told that I could come back and have more toner put on it to lighten up for only $20. Got home and realized in different light the hair color was not noticeable at all. Tried to schedule an appointment to get it lightened and next thing you know it will cost at least $85 to fix, not the $20 I was told. Definitely wasted money on this. Very disappointing. The person I talked to at corporate was rude about the issue was rude about it and not helpful at all. Don't understand why you would need to pay full price again to get something fixed that didn't turn out well the first time. I feel like this place is a scam and just cares about getting your money. Services are way over priced for what you get. The atmosphere isn't even very nice at the salon. Would not recommend going here.

I had an appointment for 5:45 and was stuck in rush hour traffic so I called the salon and told them I would be 10-15 mins late. I was told that would be okay and he would let the hair dresser know. So I continued driving the 30 minute drive to the salon and when I checked in exactly 15 minutes late I was told she could not cut my hair. I understand since I didn't take into account rush hour it was partly my fault but after calling I was confident it would be okay so I continued the drive to Brookfield. I then had to drive 30 minutes back home wasting a total of an hour of my night as well as a decent amount of gas.  If I was told on the phone that being late would not work I would have turned around and took full responsibility for missing my appointment and I would reschedule. All of this could have been prevented if the hair dresser called me back saying she was not okay with 10-15 minutes late.  I'm not writing the review to bash this salon but rather to help them improve the business. I found this lack of communication very unprofessional and I hope this irritating experience does not happen to anyone in the future.

My husband bought me a prenatal massage- I had never been to Neroli, and I can say I will never go anywhere else after my experience today!  The staff was beyond welcoming, the amenities are of the highest quality and my massage was excellent.  Highly recommend!!!
