My wife and I did our taxes in order to avoid messing up after buying a house in 2016. The charges are way out of line for the 45 minutes of service. Ness is not a place I would recommend. After confronting about it, received a call using tax lingo to try and say that it was long form. It was a basic tax return that could've been filed online for free. Save your dollars ($250 to be exact). Do them yourself or go to Azarra. Unreal.

WARNING!! Avoid at all costs! This place will charge you for non existent services. My wife stopped in to ask some questions only, that's it, nothing more, Ultimately did her taxes at the library. These idiots continue to send us bills simply for asking questions. AVOID THIS PLACE OR GET CHARGED FOR NOTHING. What a joke.

messed up my own 2013 tax filing by missing some stock sale I guess. Got a letter from the IRS saying i owe them this huge amount didn't think i owe. I don't know what to do with. Called Ness office, made appointment, they did an amendment for me, submitted it, took care of the nasty IRS letter, didn't owe them a dime. Highly recommend, took caer of this one for me.
