Stopped by here yesterday to sample of couple of cookies while waiting for my family shopping in the mall. I got a couple of different kinds and they were just good, but not great. I wanted to see what a cookie from here would taste like and it wasn't over-the-top impressive, just okay..

This place is very yummy and has a good variety of a menu. The only thing I suggest is to not get addicted to the sugar! 😂

Should really be 1 star. Out of got chocolate, out of hot cup sleeves. Drink leaked all over my hand (luckily not too hot), manager sat there and did not attempt to help.  This looks like a great place but absolutely horrible experience for just wanting a hot chocolate!

I got a "Double Trouble" (icing sandwiched between two cookies), and the whole thing was stale and hard! I thought maybe it was just the cookies, so I took it apart and even the icing was so stiff that the icing fell off the cookie in big chunks! And this is supposed to be soft creamy buttercream icing! Let me put it like this, if the icing breaks off the cookie and if you can cut the icing with a knife without ANY frosting sticking to the knife, lol THAT'S how stale this cookie was! Unfortunately, I had gotten it to-go and had already driven 20miles home, so returning it was out of the question.     
~I will say this though, I have been here one other time, about 2months ago, and I got a "Cookie Lolly" (a iced cookie on a lollipop stick), and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! It was a soft, moist cookie, topped with soft creamy buttercream frosting, which is the sole reason why I thought the Double Trouble would be divine. I'm thinking maybe this one was just a day old or something, not sure...
BUT, for what it's worth, the store was clean, service was fast, and the employess were very polite and greeted me with a smile.
Overall, I'll probably give Nestle Toll House Cafe another chance someday eventually, but until then, Great American Cookie Company still reigns as champion for me lol.

They have a nice selection of treats. Cookies, ice cream, and drinks on hand for your choosing. Friendly staff.
