They have nice employes and products, i used to go here a lot, but manager is so rude, she doesnt know anything about customer service, she doesnt care about what customer needs and she actually gets mad is you  are a  loyal customer, so i just decided to find somewhere else to do my printing.
Not good guys!!!! Should find some else. i know im not the first customer feeling like this.

Ordered merchandise on Feb 10 was paid out of my checking account next day by March 21 I still hadn't received my order I sent numerous emails for a refund was told I would get a refund when I returned the merchandise I said how can I return something I never received.Finally they refunded on March 24th but had another charge that they said wasn't on my invoice I even sent them a picture of my bank account with the 2 charges on it. What poor customer service I will use Amazon for all my future purchases.My order was placed on  Ourk9
