I don't know what I would do without Collin or his staff!  They have assisted me with both my personal and business I.T. needs.  I appreciate that they warranty their work!

Don't go here! Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. I had a PC that had already been looked at by another local firm and when they couldn't do anything with it, they waived their $50 fee. Then someone told me to take it to Network Logic for a second opinion. They required $75 up front when I dropped it off and then called me just a short while later and said, "Yep, it's broken -- we can't do anything with it." Of course, they kept my $75. Man, did I feel like a sucker! So then I bring them a little $125 netbook that I can't get to connect to wi-fi for some reason. I'm thinking maybe they'll give me some consideration since I just gave them $75 for something I already knew. Nope! $75 up front or we won't even talk to you. They seem very "corporate" and not designed for the individual customer who just needs a little help with their (not very expensive) computer.

When I went in to Network Logic on Monday ( 10/21/13) afternoon, I was in distress and they were on it immediately. Yes, there is an initial fee, but that is a normal in these situations. In some businesses it is called a bench fee. Without all the long details, I was beyond pleased. My computer could not be saved but my data was. I've been dealing with computers for a long time, so I am a realist as to what is possible with repairs. The staff was very professionsl....Linda Strickland

Couldn't ask for better service. My macbook pro had an encryption failure while installing Yosemite for the first time. It took Network Logic a couple days to fix my laptop due b/c of apple but I was called in the morning and evening from Zac each day that they had my laptop with updates on their progress.
