Neu Family Dental office has been the best office I've been to. My mom and I travel 2 hours just to be seen here. All staff members are welcoming, very detailed and know what they are doing. Highly recommend Neu Family Dental.

I've been going to Dr. Neu's ever since I was a kid. Absolutely love everyone staffed there! Bonnie is one of the best hygienists I've seen and I enjoy having her clean my teeth! 20+ years coming here and it's hard to picture going anywhere else!

Passing through on our way back to Michigan and my wife needed an emergency visit for an infected gum. We called eight places and Dr Neu was the only dentist willing to see her last minute. Everyone was very very kind and professional. Thank you guys for coming through when no one else would. We are even considering making Dr Neu our primary dentist. We do have family in the area as well, so having a dentist in Illinois while living in Michigan isn't too crazy.

I am afraid of the dentist NO LONGER!!!! Dr Neu and his staff are amazing. The office is always clean and the staff is kind and courteous. They always ensure comfort and the best dental plan per patient with many payment options available . My mouth thanks everyone at Neu family dental and as of yesterday I AM CAVITY FREE!!!! Me and my family will be here for many years to come THANK YOU

I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist because of my experiences here. After neglecting to go to the dentist for years I finally decided to go and see what all I had wrong. Every staff member at N.E.U. made me feel comfortable and safe and I proceeded to have two excellent appointments for cavities and scaling and root planing. Both appointments were painless and educational. There is no judgement here. Just a wonderful team of people who want to help you keep and improve you teeth and gums. I am so excited about the future of my oral health and love knowing I have a great team to support me with my care. Ask for Bonnie if you can, she is amazing!
