They dismissed me the day after I had my chart printed for an appointment I’d scheduled 6months prior to go to the Mayo Clinic. 
When you are dismissed from their clinic, you are also dismissed FOREVER! This was nearly a decade ago! I can’t go see a new Dr. there now, nearly 9 years later. Tally Bell who runs the place won’t even speak to me. 
Back then, Tally wanted to run some big expensive test looking for a DVT blood clot when I had leg pain caused by MS! I refused. Yes, I had great insurance, but why? They ran so many tests on me and then re-ran tests I’d already had (just to make sure) I trusted them and I was newly diagnosed! 
Here’s the really disheartening thing. That chart, MY chart, had PARAGRAPHS of defamatory and erroneous information written into it by the doctor’s PA! Had I NOT printed the chart, I never would have known! When I got to the Mayo Clinic, they wrote a doctors summary for me and told me to have the chart amended. I did. 
Be Wary of this place! If you are in a network of doctors, like Via Christi, they refer to them almost exclusively, so do your research and avoid that place! 
The only good reviews here come from day one patients!

Money and time is more important than patients. Dr. Gerlinger is great. But that's the least I could say for his nursing staff and scheduling staff. His nurse would consistently rush me in my intake not write down my concerns or thoughts and then what I would tell her how I felt about her bed side manners we're not very appropriate am relaying to her I believe she should be documenting in my chart what and stop rushing me. After being a patient  for several years  the doctor just got a new nurse I even stated to the office manager and the doctor himself I had a few concerns with his nurse . 
The next thing I know I was getting dismissed from their office and I shouldn't assume but obviously my words were twisted around and relate back to the doctor.

Have to be honest I was so scared to go for my first time this am. The staff and my doctor were awesome. Very apparent that I was nervous, my nurse told me I'd I needed a hug just to holler at her. Superior service by the doctor and wanted my input also on my treatment, don't find that everyday. They rocked, staff and doctor.

Do not go here for migraines or pain. I saw Dr. Reddy and he didn’t take my neck pain seriously at all. In fact, I’m going to have surgery next month because of degenerative disc disease which he didn’t take the time to assess in the slightest. I asked his PA, Kim for a cervical spine MRI and she said it wasn’t necessary. My pain doctor ordered me one a month later and he was the one who finally found the problem. 
I had terrible migraines (along with the awful neck pain) and the only thing they did was suggest Botox. The Botox did indeed help but the lady who works insurance claims (Betsy) is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with in my life. I honestly think she messed up my claim on purpose and now I’m stuck with a $1200 bill (and I have some of the best insurance out there!!!!).
Please, for your health and monetary well being, avoid this place like the plague. They see too many patients and neglect the ones they have.
