Horrible. 
Theres no set hours to this place, nobody answers the phone on a regular basis or unless their inside their office building, security on site is non existent and the lady is abnormally rude and disrespectful to customers that she deems "unchristian" due to piercings or tattoos or maybe the way you dress.
I absolutely hate this place and storing my things here. 
I have to store my things here due to being a homeless truck driver and it being the cheapest place in town.
Its ridiculous that I pay to receive good customer service and then have to wait two hours after an appointment agreed upon by both of us yesterday because they were put drinking the night before.
