I submitted a passport application at this location. I was able to easily get an appointment and the submission process went smoothly. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Yep, $9.32 to ship a 1lb 15 oz package according to accurate scale at home, yet once again the two post office scales are inconsistent from one another and weigh higher results.  From home to PO, my package increased a weight of 1.3 oz and I had to pay $11.14. That's over a $2 increase for 1.3oz! So tired of trying to ship cheap, confirming price at home, then being disappointed at the post office!

Fast, friendly service. I expected it to be packed today, and it was busy but they were so efficient with taking care of customers that my wait was shorter than I expected. I am so grateful! I was buying stamps and wanted some that the postal worker didn't have at her desk. She made an effort to track them down.  I will definitely go back here when I need to mail a package!

LOVE it's small and quaint...Hate that the outside drop box only allows letters. It's a bit if a maze in parking lot.

Ordered a package from Amazon to be delivered to a business location. Amazon preferences state absolutely no weekend delivery. Post office attempted delivery on a Sunday with no one at the business, then held our package until Thursday when it was sent back to a Columbus post office before they sending it out for delivery. No email from Amazon stating that the package was at the post office. No attempted second day delivery like all other post office locations provide. This is not the first time we have had issues with this post office. They continue to hold our mail and not notify the shipping partner to pass on the information to the purchaser. Previously would give our mail to another company's courier office before multiple phone calls and detailed instructions were given to employees. Employee incompetence must be addressed.
