I have been buying New Balance shoes for 10 years. Some of the best shoes I own. Recently got a pair of shoes where the soles came off New Balance has replaced them two times, both times it happened within a couple months. I would still go there. I've been getting my shoes there for over 10 years, The shoes are top notch and worth the price. I would like to thank management for helping me out. I will continue to be a new balance shopper.

Wanted to share this... I have bought NB running shoes several times from the East Cobb New Balance store on Johnson Ferry. They are knowledgeable and really work to make sure you have the right fit. I am a huge fan of excellent customer service. I think it's hard to find these days, which is why I really like this store. Even if you don't wear NB shoes they have some other really great stuff you should check out their other stuff.

Great associates working here. They were all very willing to help my son find shoes that could coincide with the braces on his feet and legs.

Bought a new pair of 247S last week. Matthew did a fantastic job helping me through my selection and offering advice along the way. I'll be back for another pair in the future.

Don't expect an easy time here. Bought some 1080 running shoes from another New Balance store in Atlanta and they had worn excessively. I was in the area and It was in the 30 days to return, but these guys would not take them back. Their reasoning is since I bought them from the Atlanta store I have to return them there. BOTH are New Balance stores. Franchisees.

 So I went back to the Atlanta (Peachtree Road/ Piedmont Road Intersection) store where they are nicer. Shae is the best. Shoes swapped without problem. 

The problem was the failure of the at Roswell Road stores' management to do the right thing for the customer.
