I was at this location and witness the rudest customer i have ever seen. On a hunch I checked to see if he had left an inaccurate review and Chad D indeed do so. I knew this guy would leave a bad review. His arrogant attitude towards the staff was unacceptable and is why retail workers hate retail customers. I felt so bad for the young lady helping him. Despite his demeaning attitude towards the staff trying to help him she remained professional the whole time. I am glad he got his shoes offline and didn't subject anyone else to his poor behavior. Great location and great service! If you ever read this young lady retail worker ..... YOU GO GIRL!

The best customer experience I have ever had buying shoes.  The employees were helpful, patient and even stayed open late so I could take my time deciding on a shoe.  Highly recommend checking them out!

The so called Asst. Mgr. has no salesmanship what so ever. She had an attitude from the very beginning. I was very friendly and had a couple of normal questions about the shoe I was looking for and she acted like I was annoying her. I didn't catch her name because I walked out, but she had dark curly hair to her shoulders. I asked her if I bought the $165 shoes if she would throw in $2.99 shoelaces that looked better and weren't white. She said they're only 3 bucks you can't afford to buy them? Wow! She needs a major attitude adjustment. I drive a nice luxury car and a nice new truck so yes I could easily afford them...she lost the sale and didn't even care. They were dead too, no business! They wonder why brick and mortar stores are shutting down and are a thing of the past? Improperly trained employees is one issue.
Just avoid this store!! You're better off to go online to Amazon for NB, that's where I ended up buying mine!

I have been to this location a few times while passing through AZ and always had a good experience. I went to put it in my gps and saw they had a lower score and went to see why. I saw "Chad" who was upset because he didn't get free stuff. I don't go to Walmart and ask for a free Rotisserie chicken because I bought $200 worth of groceries then leave and buy it at amazon because they didn't give it to me. If stores are closing it's because people like Chad asking for free hand out.
