Always knowledgeable about their shoes and which ones are right for me. I have trauma in both legs due to multiple horse riding accidents and I require very sturdy and comfortably lightweight shoes. I have to have an orthotic lift put in my right heel by another company, and my New Balance shoes have been a superior favorite for years. As I said , the staff is always completely knowledgeable of their product, taking time with me, watching me walk, and helping me make the correct decision, which is so vital when it comes to keeping my leg pain factor low, and my mobility good. Just a word of advice, go directly to the "actual" store,, outlets and other stores that carry New Balance shoes are not going to be able to assist you if you need specific care for an orthopedic problem. At the main stores they are trained to help with those things specifically.
