I was referred to Chad Brown by my foot surgeon Dr. Meghan Arnold, & Chad was able to fix/repair my orthotics when another company could NOT do the correct job after 6 attempts!!  Hats off to Chad & his compassion & understanding what the customer needs,...great feeling feet!!  P.S. He also found me a wonderful pair of shoes to wear while doing a lot of walking at the St. Louis Zoo!!  Thanks Chad, you're awesome!! Sending lot's of Bear Hugs your way!!
By the way, Chad worked/corrected my orthotics within 15-20 minutes while I waited, & he didn't even charge me for his services!  You don't hear too much about things like that anymore!
What an exempliary way of doing customer service!! Thank you so very, VERY much Chad Brown!!!

I want to publicly thank Chad for helping me with my custom orthotics.  I bought these through a doctor and they were made incorrectly.  Chad immediately diagnosed the problem that had been causing me pain for months and he fixed them on the spot in the store within 15 minutes.  And he didn't even charge me!  He was truly a God-send.  Then I was having metatarsal pain and he helped with pads for that.  I have also bought wonderful tennis shoes at this store several times, always with great success.  Very happy with New Balance in Creve Coeur!
