i come here often because it is close by, but the prices are becoming ridiculous. 9.99/lb for pasta salad is insane!! $6 for this tiny thing. many delis give you a small cup of it with your sandwich. a new bodega opened up down the street and i’m going to check them out to see if their prices are any less ridiculous
Great late night food after a long day of walking around NYC. The cook is a very nice guy. I visited this place almost every night for a sandwich
My favorite deli in the area for its convenience and long hours! The sandwiches I’ve gotten here are pretty consistently delicious. The groceries are definitely nicer quality, higher end stuff, so it may be a pricier deli. Some people complain of the exhaust smell in other reviews, but I don’t notice it much. The workers are nice too! :-
Store seems to have a good variety of products. Yesterday and today, I just got iced coffee. I may go here for lunch soon. One problem: I was charged two different prices for the same item on different days. Today, the clerk scanned the item, which I appreciate. Being accurate with prices is good business to get steady customers.
I ordered a smoothie. It was so fresh and delicious. I would go again and try another smoothie.
Deli sells cheese that does not taste good . I bought this mexican cheese that has probably been on the fridge for weeks even though it is not expire the cheese taste nasty . If you see you don’t sell this product - why keep buying more !!
I shop here every so often. Today I found annoying and left a bad taste in my mouth! I brought my items to the register, came to 14.50. I go to use Apple Pay and he ADDS 2.50 for using a CC! There’s no signage or anything! This is the first time they’ve done this to me and I wonder if they’re just scamming people! I’ve been to places that add a small surcharge but 2.50 for 14.50 of groceries?!
Pro: Convenient, well-located, has a lot of what you might want from some fruits/veggies to convenience store fares to flowers, plus prepared deli food and smoothies. The chicken burrito at the deli is pretty good, though service can be slow. They have renovated the deli and fixed the smell/ventilation issue some previous reviewers wrote about. Con: Price transparency is non-existent. It's not clear what things cost as most items do not have price tags. Even when there are listed prices e.g. certain deli items I seem to be charged more at the counter. Prices are high but not insane for a bodega in NYC. I wish prices were transparent/predictable so I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.

This place will short u on your change, make prices up in their heads by looking at u. Look at the other reviews. I go in one day, an item is $2 the next day same item $3. The girls In the morning absolutely rip people off for change whether it is .25 cents or $2-$3. Next calling the BBB.
