My wife and I have been patients here for as long as we can remember. The staff treats everyone as if they were family. We would not go any place else for our dental care. 5 stars is not enough stars (10 would be better).

It was a wonderful experience with Dr. Chamish and Melaney. The office took us last minute to do a tooth extraction for my 5yr old son. He needed 4 teeth removed. Both Dr. Chamish and Melaney explained every step while making us completely comfortable and confident. Both were calm, gentle and professional. My son had no pain and enjoyed his visit. Dr. Chamish even gave us a call later on in the evening to check on my son. It was a nice, caring touch. Thank you both for being so patient and pleasant! We look forward to seeing you again!

I have been a patient at New Castle for many many years! They are a great group of people who care very much about your dental needs. I am retired now and still use ther services. I never ever thought about going anywhere else.

Dr. Friedberg is fantastic. I went in for a toothache and needed an ASAP root canal. Though he had other patients and I ended up staying longer than my appointment was probably slated for - I never once felt ignored. He was caring and kind and even called to check on me the next day and I was 100% pain free. The assistant Stacey was fantastic as well, she never left my side and was very compassionate, which helped so much with my anxiety about dental work.

The 2 star is for the office staff.. my husband wanted to have dentures done , but the lady in the office was so rude that we decided to go Christiana Dental. The office refused to speak to his wife on anything, in which I do everything on regards to payments, care credit ... Because of that they​ lost $7000 in business.... My husband was on speaker phone and gave permission to speak to me .. I git fustrated with the lady , she said " don't speak to me in the tone "... She was an older lady ..and very very rude.. If u can't handle customers, stay off the phone , she set the vibe for the business.
