I asked for a spicy dish that wasn't too sweet so he altered a dish to meet my request. So good!  Sesame chicken was excellent too!

I have been a loyal customer of New China Express Restaurant for over 15 years and I have to say, it is my go-to restaurant for delicious Chinese food. I cannot believe I have not written a review for them sooner, but better late than never!  The first thing that always stands out to me about New China Express is the powerful taste of their food. Every dish is bursting with flavor and leaves me wanting more. From their savory stir-fries to their mouth-watering noodle dishes, every bite is a delight. I especially love their General Tso's chicken, it's the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.  One thing I do wish for is that the restaurant had a better online presence. Despite being a regular, I always seem to forget their phone number when I want to place an order. It would be great if I could easily find their menu and contact information online, as it would make ordering so much more convenient.  The service at New China Express is always top-notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is always cooked to perfection. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant, and that is why I keep coming back time and time again.  In terms of the ambiance, the restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect place for a casual lunch or dinner with friends and family. And for those busy nights when I don't feel like cooking, their speedy take-out service is a lifesaver.  Overall, I highly recommend New China Express Restaurant to anyone in search of delicious Chinese food. The food was burnt and tasted like the oil they used was old and used for last 5 years. I litterly could not eat any of the food and throw away 50$ in food. Was absolutely disgusting.Food: 1/5

Owner was rude!!! Beef kow ok but all my food was burnt and I do mean everything even my egg roll & chicken fried rice. No flavor in anything and the burnt flavor is stuck in my mouthFood: 1/5

Best Fried Rice Ever!!! I always order Shrimp Fried Rice & love it!! Of course they have it in chicken & beef. Very delicious food & friendly services. They all they  to me when I enter, very humble place & persons working there. I also enjoy the fluffy sugar donuts they make. Recommend it 100%

My favorite spot! The folks who run this restaurant are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. I’ve lived in Waukesha now for over 20 years and I love coming here. The food is excellent. The people are very friendly. I’ve never had anything here that I didn’t like food wise and I’ve never had anything but pleasant conversation with the owners and workers the delivery people are wonderful too. I wish I had the money to eat here every day but we come when we can. If anybody leaves the negative review about the food being bad or the people being rude that’s total baloney it’s spam. Don’t hesitate to come here and order food it’s it , you’ll be very happy happy with the portions are huge this restaurant and its owners and workers are one of the things I like about Waukesha the most. Wheelchair accessibility: The folks are around this business are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life. They help my wife to the curb when she is very had trouble walking and restaurant is totally available to people and wheelchair mobility devices. I wish I had enough money to eat here every day.

I like Chinese food. This is a very small restaurant that is basically a take-out operation. You can also have your food delivered starting at $4.00 within the first radius. You might want to check what your delivery fee will be before you commit to your order. Plus, there are two small tables to eat at.  Plus side - Large menu options with lunch specials. Delivery if you would like this option. Prices are reasonable for food portions.  Downside - Communication barriers. Despite my effort to order what I thought of as a common Chinese dish Governor's Shrimp, I was not able to make my request known. I did not realize that I could have asked for a menu until after ordering something I was not sure I was getting. My mistake.  Having a menu will, of course, make ordering clear. There was a picture of the menu on the site, but that menu was not clear to me.  The place needs a thorough cleaning. It was dirty in the area that I was ordering and where people picked up their food. Was it this dirty in the kitchen as well?  Even though New Chima Express Restaurant is very convenient for me, until it seems cleaner, I will look elsewhere to buy Chinese food.

I had the Cantonese chicken chow main.  There was easily enough for 2 people.  It was absolutely delishous.  I did carry out.Food: 5/5

I can only rate the service and food as I had my food delivered. VERY timely.  I have had lots of good Chinese food from restaurants in New York and Chicago.  This fare equaled some of the best. Our delivery person was a really sweet elderly gentleman and he was a delightful person. This will be my regular Chinese place.Food: 5/5

Fried Rice was very good but the shrimp egg fu young was burnt. It was done within 10 mins. Very fast;  will try something else to see if it was a one off.Food: 4/5
