New city has been great to me. Specifically my advisor BETHANNE she is very patient, caring, and respectful. She always takes her time and explain things to me and make sure I stay up to date with any information I need to know. She speaks to me in a way as if I I've known her for years. Bethanne rocks!

New city funding is great! But what makes them even better is their wonderful employee Beverly. Every single time I talk to her she is so pleasant. She makes me 100% comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me through whatever I need. Beverly, thank you so much for your amazing work and care! Please keep up the good work.

This is Sue Decker i would like to thank Beverley for the kind words when i call  to make a payment. I have spoken to other people and she is the one who makes you smile with her kind words and she is very friendly. SHE always talks with laughter and that is what i like about her so when i call i ask to speak with Beverley.  Again if you want to talk with some one who is happy and seems to love her job then ask for Beverley. Great job keep up the good work 😄

I must tell you my son had a loan through New City Funding. His rep was B. Bichmo she was the greatest really knows her customer service. We had a few struggles and she was very courteous at all times and understanding. I feel I found a friend at New City Funding   Hats off to you Bethanne I would recommend to others

This is Sue Decker, I called New City Funding and a woman was on the phone and she was the most polite person I could of talked to. She is a great person for her job talking with people on the phone. She will always say well Miss Susan you have a great and Blessed day.  God Bless you. You never can call to many places and have a person who is short with there words or show they dont care. Well I have called a few more times and I do ask for her, she will make my day and make me smile,   So Beverly if you get to read this  God Bless you and keep up the great work.  Susan Decker
