Contacted company and received directions to take multiple pictures measurements etc.  Promptly returned requested details 2 days later.  Have called an emailed several time no response!  30 days later I'm moving on.  Must be nice to be so busy customers stop mattering.

I have emailed this company twice trying to get an estimate from them. They responded the first time but after I send them information about my house they did not respond. I have had correspondence with two different people with the same non response. Even emailed them to find out why they didn't respond.
