We’ve wanted a hot tub forever so after reading all the great reviews about NE Spas we finally went in and had a great experience. Our sales person Kevin was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient and got us an amazing deal within our budget on our new spa which we LOVE! Delivery crew was also awesome- Rory, Mike and Brandon were right on time and easily maneuvered our 6 person spa over a retaining wall and up a small hill, then gave us helpful info for setting up and maintaining the spa. We would definitely recommend NE Spas!

After being extremely reluctant to take the plunge and get a hot tub, my husband convinced me to take a look.. Off to NE Spa in Norwell we went. Greg could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable. He answered every question with ease as well as a bit of humor clearly creating a positive and fun experience. Once we chose the spa and date, Greg came over to check the site and Rory and his team were super efficient and helpful during the install. Additionally, Greg has continued to stay in touch since the sale, which many sales people tend not to do. Huge props to Greg and Rory! Thanks guys!

Paul Ménard was great. We were on a tight time constraint and he took care of driving the delivery and install process. Everything was made very simple, and as an extra, Paul has been fantastic with the follow-up, making sure that we were happy with the spa and ensuring that a small problem with the spa was promptly addressed.

We recently moved, and had our brand new Hot Springs Prodigy spa moved to our new home.  Our electrician completed the hookup, however, it was on one of the coldest days of the month.  I filled the tub, turned on power, only to be met with a message stating my spa was in protection mode. After exhausting all my troubleshooting options, I called NE Spas, but they were closed.  Luckily, Greg Cady  of the Norwell store had given me his cell phone #, so I took a chance, and texted him at 9pm.  He immediately responded, walked me through some things, took it upon himself to do some research, and sent me a link to try heating up the sensors with a hair dryer, which worked!  Greg went above and beyond to help ensure my new spa didn’t freeze or break.  He calmed me down when I was in a full-blown panic, and was able to help me resolve the issue quickly, all via text messages.  NE Spas is blessed to have Greg on their team.  He didn’t have to respond to my text message at 9pm, but he did, and he kept at it until we resolved the issue.  Thank you, Greg, from the bottom of my heart.  You are truly my hero!  I highly recommend NE Spas in Norwell if you are considering a spa purchase.  The customer service continues after you leave the store, especially with employees like Greg Cady.
