We called New England Steam Clean to have a quote done when we purchased our house. They were very polite from the moment they answered the phone.  Our carpets were just "professionally" cleaned prior to our purchase of the home by the tenants that were living there, but there was visible dirt.  I was amazed by how different the carpets looked when they were cleaned again by New England Steam Clean. We were so happy with the results that we had them come back again after our children soiled the carpets and our expensive wool rug as well, amazing.

My parents even used them in their rental property between tenants to remove old urine staining, what a difference.  They saved thousands on rug replacement just by having them cleaned.

My carpet has been installed for 2 years and never been cleaned.  After New England Steam Clean came in, it was like we had brand new carpet.  Very courteous and prompt service and just an amazing job.  Thank you again.  I will definitely use your services in the future.

My wife and I had New England Steam Clean come to our house and clean some living spaces that were spoiled by our pets.  With our kids starting to crawl and walk, we needed to make sure the carpets were clean and ready for young kids.  NESC, arrived on time, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner.  We used them again after having a 40 yr old boiler replaced.  Contractors came in an left soot all over our basement.  NESC, took care of it in short noticed and was extremely fair on price.  Recommend to anyone, don't go with anyone else.   Thanks again Kevin.
