They was OK when I first started to go to them but as we started to go every three months they started to get lazy and not finish the back of our hair and they don’t do my hair the way I  want them  to  they’re not very good to me, I was going to them because I’m not from Mississippi and really didn’t know where else to go but when I found out she Half done my daughter hair we stop going but we paid them good money and we got played I don’t know how many times but they got caught up me and my daughters haven’t been back sense

I first visited the salon in 2012 for Box Braids and absolutely loved them. I have returned twice since then and won't let anyone else braid my hair. I've never had an issue with hair breakage or braids coming out. Ms. Mary is always professional when booking my appointment, her niece does an excellent job braiding my hair and the shop is clean. I highly recommend New Generation African Hair Braiding!!!

AMAZING!!! They are so nice! I sat and waited one day, but I had to go somewhere so I said I'll be back tomorrow. Mary took my name and number and said she would come in tomorrow, when she had the day off, to do it. When the other two workers were done, they helped finish my head and it looks great.
(I originally had an appointment at Fefe's (down the way from New Generation) but they told me to come back at 4! They were rude and their shop was not clean. New Generation has a Clean shop!) Happy I went to them!!!

Mary is impressively skillful in her profession.  This company offers many styling books to choose the best style you.  I randomly decided to get braids and she was available to get me in and out.  I now have individuals that I love and it only took 5 hours of my time.    I highly recommend New Generation African Hair Braiding to anyone local or passing thru.
