The Community Loan Fund serves as a catalyst, leveraging financial, human, and civic resources to enable traditionally underserved people to participate more fully in New Hampshire’s economy.

We do this by:

* Complementing and extending the reach of conventional lenders and public institutions; and
* Bringing people and institutions together to solve problems

Our programs include:

ROC-NH
Fair, fixed-rate loans, along with educational and technical support, to build long-term value and security for residents of New Hampshire’s manufactured-home communities.

Welcome Home Loans
Real, fixed-rate mortgages for people who own or want to buy a manufactured home located on their own land or in a resident-owned community. Purchase and refinance loans available.

Community Housing
Supporting nonprofit organizations that buy, develop and manage affordable rental housing.

Individual Development Accounts
Matched savings accounts and education for home ownership or college.

Child Care Facilities
Financing to help center- and home-based early education providers buy or upgrade facilities to meet the needs of the children, families and communities they serve. We also offer training and support on the business of child care.

Community Facilities
Timely, flexible financing to help New Hampshire’s nonprofits purchase or upgrade their facilities to better serve community needs.

Business Builder
Supporting the creation and retention of quality jobs by offering loans and training to business owners across the state, including farmers and food producers and companies considered too small or too risky for other lenders.
