i put 4 stars because your not giving this guy a paid vacation for brutalizing people.I almost bet you a week's salary that this is not the 1st. time  that this bird's beat somebody up and got away with it. LOL they don't know there own laws on Cannabis, there is a visitors law protecting medical users of Cannabis who are from out of state from being arrested, hope some cops read this and learn something RSA 126-X:1 look it up on DPH website

However they want to term themselves, or phrase their name: this is a very difficult, often fairly rude, questionably legal, quite frankly immoral, and largely federal, government entity... Therefore, take due care when dealing with them, and... with what (identity) proofs they literally get their hands on.  (Because any proof is susceptible to high grade photo copying.) ... 'Terrorism', so-called, or illegality, is of course a concern, as it has been for Millennia - nothing has changed.  Yet these people see it as their mission - very unfortunately - to control and identify all citizens as a reaction against such.  Perhaps attempting to make a 'perfect' society.  Yet theories aside, my considered opinion and experience of them is that they are dangerous, and consequently as a general rule, not to be trusted.

My main review is under "Department of Safety Nh"... As an additional note, they are semi-autonomous as well as being semi-tyrannical.  Any congress has very limited control of them; the Courts do not seem very well motivated.  An agency that is closely allied with the Federal Executive government, and that can make up their own laws, rules and regulations.  The issue with them is the legality and morality of doing this.
